Quickbooks Online PAID Stamp barely visible when printed

Hi,

I use Quickbooks Online for invoicing for my business. After YEARS of begging, they have finally added a "PAID" stamp to invoices which have been paid. However, the PAID stamp (outlined text) is barely visible when printed from PDF Xchange. (It is clearly visible on-screen)

I have already tried updating to the latest version, 2.5 (build 191.0) and it made no difference. I also tried all different combinations of option under the preferences pertaining to "color management" and "rendering" but none of those made a difference. Lastly, I tried setting the dpi on both of my printers to their highest quality settings (b&w brother laser @ 1200dpi and color brother laser @ 2400dpi) which made no difference.

The invoice and PAID stamp print fine from Adobe Reader X.

I'm using the free version, so I obviously am in no position to make demands or complaints ... but I just thought I'd put this out there in case anyone wanted to address it. I really like PDF Xchange much better than Adobe Reader due primarily to the notation feature.

I've attached a sample invoice which someone can use to try to reproduce the problem.

Hi engtech,

try selecting "Print as Images" in the PDF-XChange Viewer Print dialogue. It should give you what you want.

And you have the same right to support as a user of our free Viewer and any paid customer...

Before I tell everyone to start doing this, are there any down-sides I should be aware of? The text seems to be a little fuzzy around the edges (it's tolerable).

Hello engtech,

it might take a few seconds more to start the printing process as the information is passed as raster rather than vector objects, and with the proper DPI, and settings in the Printer so that it doesn't try to e.g. conserve ink when printing images or use a lower DPI for images than text (this is a common one) and everything should be almost identical.
