Want to change background color for in-browser reader.

Post by rcastl »

Hi,
I have successfully and gladly changed the viewer's background color to a nice light blue one, according to a .reg file provided some months ago here. I'd like to customize the in-browser background color, too.
Suggestions??

Many thanks

No, see attached screenshots, please.
I want same -blue- background either when I open a pdf file from my hard drive, as well as when I open it from inside a web browser. :0

Hi rcastl,

aah - I see what you mean now. The stand alone Viewer and the IE addin have their own unique preferences. Simply open the document in IE as in your screen shot and change the background colour in the UI settings like you did in the stand alone.
Edit [Viewer menu not IE!] --> Preferences --> Customize UI --> Main Background Style

See my screen shot to confirm this is what you are meaning.
