Barcodes fonts not printing with pxcview.dll

I'm using C# and the simple viewer dll (pxcview.dll) v. 2.5.193.0 to print pdf files generated from Sql Server reporting services. The pdf file contains a barcode generated from a barcode font. The code I'm using is based on the PXCView36 C# sample app.

Using the PXCView36 app, the PDF looks OK on the screen, but the barcodes do not show properly when printed - a printable font is used instead. However, the document does print OK using the viewer app - PDFXCview.exe.

Different printer drivers seem to affect this as well - some drivers are OK and some are not.

Any ideas why the printed output using pxcview.dll would not be the same as the output from the viewer app?

Please try to use pxvrpf_EmbeddedFontAsCurves flag in PXV_CommonRenderParametersFlags.

That works for all printers here but one. I have a Dell 1710N printer with the latest Dell postscript driver. When I print with pxcview.dll functions, the printer does not process the job (does not ramp up, does not print). The job just dissapears from the print queue. Printing the same pdf via PDFXCview.exe works OK.

Also, I'm print previewing using an MS PrintPreviewDialog control. Again, with some printer drivers it looks OK, and others not OK. Using one driver all images, lines, and barcode fonts look OK. Using the Dell driver mentioned above it shows as two blank pages (its a 2 page pdf).
