Opening Second PFD = Lock Up & Display Problems

HI

Have written about this issue before and have searched.
Apparently there are not other examples that I can find, so, not sure where to go from here.

I have update to most recent version and even uninstalled a couple times.

This time, as you can see, there are screen captures attached.

System specs: W7 Premium
I7- 740QM
GFX 460
all updated drivers in GPU.

Problem:

When I open a second PDF, the second document tries to open, but does not. The window that displays only contains an image of the currently open PDF.
The document I try to open, does not.
As you can see, when I try and move the image/document displaying in the second PDF display window, the image just smears.
The second PDF does not open.

Hope to find a solution - really like the application but need to be able to have at least 2 docs open and toggle between them.

can you send us both the files in question please? If posted on the forum they need to be zipped in an archive.

Not much anyone can do without the PDF files. Either attach them here or send them to Tracker support via the Help menu, Report a problem.

I have no problem opening 50 documents at once here.
