Licensing problem

Licensing problem

All of a sudden, over the past two weeks, we have had a number of reports from our user base that they are getting the Xchange Pro trial watermark on their PDF's. We license the product in the source code. We have not put out any updates recently. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing this? At present it seems that a simple reboot fixes the problem.

HI HJBrown,

thanks for the report. If your license is valid and being passed correctly then this, of course should not be happening. Do not post your serial key here on the forum but send it to support@pdf-xchange.com and I will validate it.

One thing that may be happening, do the users in question have an End User PDF-XChange installed? Perhaps they are trying to access an unlicensed printer?
