Multiple repeating printing,spooling, printing etc

I am using an older program called Project Pak. I have up dated to the most current version tracker software 2.5 -195
When I print I select PDF Exchange 4 lite. The PDF window opens and starts spooling, printing, spooling , and so on and on. I flashes do fast I can not read all of what it is doing. I have to open task manager and close PDF Saver 4.1.exe to stop the process.
I have tried to include a screen shot but can not figure out how. Thank You

Can you please advise what version of Windows you are running and if 32/64 bit ?

Also can you confirm that projectpak is indeed a Windowes application and not running in a 'DOS' window or some such ?

Finally - can you print from other applications to PDF-XChange Lite without problems ?

I am using vista 32 bit.
Project Pak is a windows program.

So far all other applications print fine from PDF-XChange Lite without problems ?
