PDF files open in Viewer are slow
I just started using PDF-Xchange Viewer. Recently, I've been have problems with opening files. At first I thought the files are opening slow because of the size of the file, but when I open the same file using Adobe Reader, it instantly opens. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Re: PDF files open in Viewer are slow
Hi Action808,
There could be any number of reasons for this behavior, the first that comes to mind is a challenge with your antivirus product. It could be reacting differently to PDF-Xchange Viewer than it does to the Adobe product. Try disabling it to see if there is a difference. I would also like you to post an example of a pdf that you are having this challenge with. Be sure to zip it before posting. If you require directions on how to do this just let me know. This will alow me to try and recreate the problem.
