Hello PDF-Xchange team,
i upgraded our application to the newest buil 2.5.196 and we think there is a problem how PDF-Viewer handles page margins. Previous version worked fine.
At first we print a PDF document with our application and use some page margins (for example 2 cm form every page margin). Then we open the document with PDF-Viewer and it looks who expected. No we open the print dialog and we can see that the viewer draws the printer page margins red (attachment: "print dialog 1") and if we press the print button a message comes with page margins warning (attachment: "print dialog 2"). All we want is to print the document like it was produced (A4 with some print margins). The PDF-Viewer seems to fit the page inside the printer margins which is not correct. All scaling types and paper fitting functions does'nt correct the problem (eg. fit to printer margins fits the whole DIN A4 into the printer margins).
Our question: Where is the property to set the behavior befor build 196 ?
Attached is also the original document ("payroll 1")
kind regards

Hi, Arnold.
I tried to reproduce your problem with our latest 197 build but I couldn't.
What was previous build exactly? Can you reproduce this problem with any other printer(s) (not RICOH)?
Best
Regards.

Re: Margin problem with build 2.5.196
Hello tracker support,
maybe it's the printer driver. Unfortunately we just have this one office printer. Maybe i can test with another printer driver. BTW: Version 2.5.197 has the same problem with our printer.
kind regards

Hello Arnold,
Vasyl was unable to reproduce the problem, and here are his words to me:
"PDF margins in our Viewer are the same as margins on the sheet of the paper after printing.
Maybe the problem is with printer driver currently in use."
And the advice he has for you is to try on another printer if possible, or as you suggested try with different drivers.
Or search in your printer's drivers and try to find the settings that fit the pages being passed to it for printing to the printer's own margins.
Best,
Stefan
