Same problem with "PDF-XCHANGE Viewer Control" ActiveX 64 bits

Date of Purchase AND download : 2011-08-18
Soft : PDF XChange 4 PRO
The watermarks is visible with ACTIVEX but not with the PDF viewer.

If you purchased the PDF XChange 4 Pro SDK package - the key you have received is NOT the one you need for the Viewer SDK. Please fill in the Viewer SDK License Agreement (you can find it in the Viewer SDK installation folder) - and send it to us sales@pdf-xchange.com - and we will provide the separate Viewer SDK Key that is needed (It comes with a limited distribution to up to 7500 end users - so needs to be provided separately, and after you have signed all paged of the agreement).

I thought you have purchased the PRO SDK package (as you posted in an SDK topic), if you purchased a single license for the end user products for a customer - that's fine - just make sure they install the proper package and everything will be fine.

Sorry, but that does not work.
I downloaded the latest file PDFX4.ZIP.
I installed it. During installation, I entered my serial number.
Then, in my software development (WINDEV PCSOFT), I selected 'PDF-XChange Viewer ActiveX Control' in the ACTIVEX list.
I called the function: SetDevInfo ("PXP40-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX", "Norbert Castellanos")
And when I call the function: OpenDocument ("FileName") I'm seeing the watermark.

The end user keys are NOT valid for the SDKs and vice versa. Plus the SDK needs a key + a developer code.
You will need to purchase one of our SDK Products:

And the products that do include limited CDLPs for end users are, The PDF XChange 4 Pro - with 7500 distributions, or the PDF Tools - with 2500 CDLP. And of course the Viewer AX SDK itself - which comes with 25 000 CDLP.
I will now split the topic as this is a discussion separate from the one HJBrown Started, and would also ask you to get in touch with us via e-mail directly to sales@pdf-xchange.com so that we can get the situation sorted.
