SDK Help

Post by schlumpfger »

Hello,

I´m testing the Viewer SDK and can´t find a full sdk help. Ist there a link to the current sdk help file or may you send me one.
The delivered sdk help (with test package) seems to be an old one.

Thanks,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

There are two separate help files - one for the Simple DLL SDK (PXCView36SSDK_Help.chm) and one for the AX SDK (PDFV_AX.pdf) - they should both be installed in <<installation folder>>\PDF-XChange Viewer SDK\SDKHelp,

And you can download the Viewer SDK installation file from here:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloads/pdfvSDK.zip
or here if you are a Clarion developer:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloa ... wr2_CW.zip

Both help files should include all the functions and features contained in each of the two SDKs - but please note that the Simple DLL one has not been changed much in terms of functions as its task is to offer a means to view/print PDF's etc and the enhanced functions of the ActiveX version are the area where most ongoing development takes place as you would expect - hence it's manual has also not been updated - as there are no new features that need to be added in it.

Best,
Stefan

Sorry to be a little slow - but your question is not really clear - could you please offer more detail ..

Thanks
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.
