It's rather annoying that about six old documents are allways loading when I click a PDF to open.

I have several times marked : Clear List Completely on exit, and Maximum of Items in the list [1]

I have pressed "clear" many times, but the next time I open a PDF six entries is vissible,
that not the problem, the problem is that those six files loading makes the sceen flicker for every document opening.

Mayby I have saved the old version, I will try to instell it

I have version 2.5, build 197.0

Installed ver 4. but that did not help, so what do I do ?
It says 4.0.189.0 in properties, it looks like I have still ved 2.5 hmmmm

Hello Hanson,

Those 6 old documents are probably preserved and remembered as you have checked the viewer to remember your "session" - and then open the same files the next time you launch the Viewer.

You can clear this under Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Opening Documents - and uncheck the "restore last session when application starts".

Or if you want to keep this on, but just clear the old files from the session - just open the Viewer, close all these files, open a new one, and then close the Viewer - this will save the changes and the next time you should only see the new file.

We do also have a recent files list - it is by default remembering the last 50 documents you opened - but does not load them for you automatically
