feature request: multiple merge

I quite offen use the document merging Feature by drag-dropping pages between Tabs.

What i miss is a command, to merge all open tabs.

You might also call it concatenating or binding all opened tabs. With the insert pages menu, i can insert another tab's document, but only one by one, thats to complicated. So the basic functionality / code is there, it should not be too hard to implement.

By the way: thanks for the great product. Many of my customers use it after recommendation.

thanks for the feedback and suggestion. I have added your idea to the feature 'wish list'. While we are currently in heavy development of our new version of the viewer we will not be adding new features, however, after the release of the new version we will revisit this wish list and determine which requests should be implemented.

I will post here if/when this is accepted for development.
