Hello Tracker Team,
I came accross a strange error of the PDF XChange Viewer. I do have four documents which I would like to open with the viewer from the windows explorer. After loading the first document the error message displayed in the attached file comes up on the screen.
If you need any further information or the involved pdf files please let me know. (The pdf files contain confidential data of our clients which we cannot pubish in this forum.)
Thank you for your help!
Regards,
Martin

Re: strange error message
Hello Martin,
First I would advise you to check that you have the latest build of our Viewer (2.5.197) installed - and if not - download and install this latest build:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFXVwer.zip
And check whether you are still receiving the same error.
You can check the build number via Help -> About in the Viewer.
If you are still having issues with the latest build - please do send us this problematic file to support@pdf-xchange.com with a link to this forum topic - and we will check the file and would be able to better advise why this is happening, and how it will be resolved.
Best,
Stefan
