Wants to print ONLY the markups/signature...

I have the Pro version, 2.5, build 197.0, and am doing a couple "typewriter" entries and a couple signatures on a PDF. When I hit PRINT, the preview (correctly) shows it will print ONLY the text markups (including only the text part of my signature!). HOWEVER, after printing once, if I tell it to print AGAIN, it shows the background document (but still not the graphical part of my signature).

Notably, if I tell it to print only page one, then tell it to print again, ONLY page one is shown fully (page two still only markups). It still does not show the graphic of my sig (despite it showing on the normal PDF view).

UPDATE!: Okay, I closed and re-opened PDF-XChange, and now it is acting normally. Okay, so for now I can just close/open the program if this happens, but there is still a potential scary outcome: when users print directly to a fax driver (like I was doing), we may never see the output, and not know that parts of their document are printing.

Thoughts?

Oh the other thing you should know is that I want to tell other docs/residents in my program to get PDF-XChange (which SMOKED Nitro in my testing on documents I wanted to create ) and viewer (which has great features like remembering the reading position in every PDF--nice ), but would want this to be fixed first because we would be relying on it to send prescriptions reliably!

Is this happening with any file, or just with a specific template you have, and how often - as lookng at your update - it appears like this is a hard to reproduce and random issue?

And could you please zip and attach a sample file here to this topic - so that we can try and reproduce the problem with the same file as you. Also please do specify the OS you have (e.g. XP x32, Win7 x64), the printer you have, and ideally a link to the installation file for the drivers that you are using for your printer.

Also please try build 198 (and we should have build 199 later today or tomorrow as well -so try with it if available when you read this topic).
