Image Files Unusable
I recently reformatted a computer and installed Windows XP with all updates. I installed the latest edition of PDF Xchange Viewer and the images it exported were unreadable in any other program, such as Paint.net or even Windows image viewer. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. So I downloaded it again and went through an uninstall and still the same results. Finally I uninstalled and downloaded the previous stable version and it also exported useless files.

Hello vaticaninexile,
I believe I just replied to your e-mail that arrived in support@pdf-xchange.com with the same subject.
Can you please check whether you haven't selected to export those TIFF images with settings that are unreadable by those other image applications you have? (e.g. 32 bits per chanel with transparency - try the 24 but option and check the result).
Best,
Stefan
