Embedded fonts -> system fonts

Hi, We make pfd-files by Apache Fop and our customer has PDF-XChange Viewer 2.0 pro (Windows 7, IE 8), and problem is that XChange substitute embedded fonts as system fonts. Adobe Acrobat and Foxit shows fonts correctly. What's wrong, is there any options somewhere we should change ? or should we make changes into Fop font configuration - but what, any ideas ? Thank you !

If you could attach a sample file to this topic that would be most helpful.
Also please advise your customer that the current latest build of our Viewer is 2.5.199 - so it would be good if they could try to update to this build first as this issue might have been resolved already.

This is because your file contain incorrectly embedded fonts - they are Type 1, but embedded as TrueType. For now Viewer cannot correctly handle such situation and therefore use sytem fonts for substitution.
