Different initial display for documents and presentations

Post by Mobinto »

Hi,

there is something I miss a lot from adobe reader, when you open a presentation, it automatically opens it as single page/fit page, and documents as single page continuous/100%. XChange Viewer, on the other hand, opens all documents the same way, single page continuous/100%, even if they are slides.

Is there a way to open them differently by default?

Thanks!

Hello Mobinto,

And welcome to our forums.
We are aware that presentations aren't handled 100% exactly as in Adobe right now in our Viewer, but we are working on a new major version:
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... hp?t=10100
Which when completed will have much improved support for such files.

So let's wait and see what ver3 will bring and we can then comment further.

Best,
Stefan
