Enable 3d View

Hello guys,

when I try to open a 3D pdf I can only see "enable 3D view". If I open the same file on the same computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader it works fine.

On the tracker-software page I found an article that may mach https://www.pdf-xchange.com/company ... ts/view/46. There is one link with more information but it seems to be a dead link. I also searched in this forum and in Goolge but it seems that nobody have this problem.

The news article is on creating PDF files with 3D objects in them. I am afraid that for now to View such files you need to use one of the compatible Adobe products. We are working on supporting 3D files in our Viewer as well, but it will be at some point after the initial release of ver3:

And welcome to our forums.
I am afraid that displaying 3D content embedded inside PDF files is a very complex task and as of this moment we do not support it. We are planning to look into this in further details once the PDF-X Editor (V3 of our Viewer) is completed.
