confusing signs instead of normal letters

hello to everybody.
first i want to excuse for my poor english. hope everybody will understand what i mean.

since i installed the last update of pdfXchange viewer (Version: 2.5 Build 199.0) i have the problem that a lot of pdf will not be printed correctly.
some of them are printed as shown on the monitor.

but a lot - i can see on the monitor the correct pdf and when i print there are only confusing ³§%&@ and so on. only graphics are printed correctly.

so nothing has changed depending the printer. it is the same printer as allways with the same driver.

so maybe knows my problem and could help

Hello tomtomclub,

Please when you open the print dialogue in our Viewer, click the "Advanced..." button (near the bottom) - and select to Always print text as curves - and see if this helps.

If it does not - you can try to select the "Print as Image" option in the same print dialogue - and this will rasterize your document and output it to your printer as if it is an image - so the printed result will be just exactly as what you see on your screen.
