print more copies allways

hello to everybody.

one question.

i had an older version of pdf-Xchange viewer with an helpfull print service.
i will explain.
i have a pdf file and this is needed to be printed 3 times. then i have the next pdf file and also this one i need to print 3 times. and so on and so on.
in the older version of pdf-Xchange viewer i put in the first pdf file in the printer mask -copies: 3- and for the whole day this input was storerd.
and every pdf file was printed 3times

with the new version of pdf-Xchange viewer i have to correct every file to be printed 3 times because after printing it switches automaticaly to -copy: 1-
my input of 3 copies will not be stored any more.

is there a solution for this cause

Hello tomtomclub,

I believe you duplicated this topic.
I will reply to you hare, and delete the duplicate.

I am not sure, so will check with my colleagues, but I believe that this was changed on purpose - as we received requests to make the Viewer forget the number of copies selected.

I will post again here in this topic when I have further information on the case.

This was done intentionally (I mean reset number of copies to 1), because it is much easier to print an extra two copies when someone forgets to specify 3 copies, than cancel a print job, etc. and the printed paper cannot be reused again
