Hello tceg,

You can achieve both 1) and 3) with our PDF XChange Viewer - you will need a license for the Digital signing feature, but the annotation tools are available in the Viewer even without a license.

I am not sure what you mean with the "- also..what is the 05'00 on it mean and can I get rid of it." so can you please provide us a sample/screenshot of this so that we can get a better understanding of the problem?

Best,
Stefan

Hello tceg,

Simply click the big preview of your signature - and a new window will open where you can select which pieces of information to be shown. You can leave only e.g. the name and date - and then only that will be shown, Or you can use an image (e.g. a scan of your handwritten signature) + the date only.

As for the 05'00 - it shows the offset from UTC you have - which in your case is 5 hours. For me being in the UK in the winter - this offset is 0 - the British Standard Time matches the UTC time - so when I sign a document - I see a small z at the end instead of 00'00''.

Best,
Stefan
