Issue with Tracker Control

We're having an issue with a single user's machine that is very unusual. The issue is that if the user opens a PDF through either our editor or the simple editor I've attached through a command line passed in (as in the file is opened with the editor as the associated application) then the control will crash, but if the same editor is first opened, then a pdf is opened then the control will work. This doesn't reproduce if we use your free editor to try and open, and it hasn't been reported as happening with any of our other users. This does happen in both 2.5.195 (the control version used by our editor) and 2.5.199 (the newest version).

Also if we include some form interaction with our simple editor, such as a mouse-click, then it does seem to resolve this issue, but is not something that we would want to include.

Is there anything you can think of that might cause this issue to happen?

Can you please try the latest build, released yesterday - 2.5.200 as I suspect we are not going to be successful in recreating this if it is happening in such specailized and localized circumstances - e.g. only 1 user and no other reports have been received.

Please advise once done.

Follow Up Information: After fixing the problem with the new .200 build the local IT person identified the original cause of the problem on pre .200 versions. The machine experiencing the problem had the 'N-Trig' driver from Dell for touch sensitive screens running. So just FYI Tracker version < .200 + N-Trig driver = Problem
