Fonts goes strange

The same thing happens in Adobe Reader too. Although it may be OK in Sumatra, and seems to be OK in Foxit Reader, to me, it looks like a problem with the font used for the headings. Otherwise, it could be a problem with the LibreOffice PDF output.

Not only those, but many other letters too — zoom in to the ? on slide six using Adobe Reader or PDF-XChange.

I downloaded the Lato SIL fonts used by these slides and could find nothing wrong with them that would cause this. SIL are professional font develoeprs — although free, this is not a rubbish font.

I also tried a test PDF from Libre Office Writer using the Lato regular and bold fonts — again, no problem. So I suggest looking again at the source file you used to produce this PDF, or there may be a particular problem with Impress PDF output.

Try asking on the OpenOffice Community Forums. Its not a problem with PDF-XChange as far as I can tell.
