Hello,
A strange problem - sometimes when the Viewer is running, I have minimised it to do something else in the background. When I come to clicking on the taskbar to maximise the program, nothing happens. Also, right-clicking and clicking either maximise or restore does nothing. In order to solve the issue, I have to open another PDF which will bring the program into view.
However, this issue comes with another problem - the inability to type in the program. I can't search, shortcuts don't work (e.g. ctrl+z, tab), but I can still press alt to access the menus and arrow left/right/up/down and enter to choose something. There is no problem with the mouse function.
Finally, if I try to close the program using the 'x', it just beeps and refuses to close. I have to close in Task Manager.
Anyone else come across this or is able to help?
Many Thanks,
Bill T

Re: Problem maximising/typing/closing viewer
HI yosweetboss,
thaks for the report. We would definitely like to look into this. Can I ask you to send a report from the Viewer Help --> Report a Problem.
This will open a compose window from your default mail client (not web mail) and send us details of your system environment. Can you send that along with a description of the issue again and/or a link to tthis forum so we can cross reference this?
