Is it possible to save the securitty settings to decrypt the PDF files over a mouseclick?
Or can I create a job or something else?

Hello weite,
If you do have the author password - you should be able to remove the security settings altogether, but if you only have the user password for a given PDF file - I am afraid you will need to enter that every time you open it.

Sorry, I've written decrypt. I mean encrypt.
In Adobe Pro I had a dropdown menü to chose my encrypt settings that I've saved.

We don't have a "one mouse click" encryption tool, but here is what you can use to excrypt a PDF file using our Viewer:
