Hello,
Some times I want to print 2 pages per sheet on two sides, but I have a 1 side printer (let's recycle and be eco-friendly!).
What I do is configure "multiple pages per sheet", and then:
1. Manually (clicking one to one), select the odd sheets
2. Print
3. Reorder (inverse) the printed paper, and feed the printer with these sheets
4. Manually (clicking one to one), select the even sheets
5. Print
This works well (if no paper jam occurs!). And I have 2 pages per sheet x 2 sides (vertical orientation binding always!).
I think that easily this could be improved. An easy improvment could be to be able to select odd/even sheets (in the right part of the "Print" window)... A second step would be to have to "tick" boxes to be able to select "Reverse order" for the sheets and also to be able to select "rotate 180" (in order to have vertical and horizontal binding").
Regards
Josep

Hello Josep,
While not exactly the same - have you tried the Booklet "scaling type" ? It will allow you to print the "front" and "back" sheets separately - and with the "reverse order" option available in build 200 - you should only take the whole stack and flip it once in between priting the fronts and the backs.
This will allow you to have two pages per sheet per side. Yes the order will be a bit different than what you are currently trying to achieve - but selecting the brochure subtype all you need to do is to just bend the stack of sheets in the middle (once they are printed on both sides) and you will have your pages show in the correct order when you start turning them.
Best,
Stefan

Hello. Thank you for your answer.
I've tried and I works till some extend, but it is not the same.
I think that what I proposed could be a nice feature, not dificult to implement and that could be of interest for some people.
Regards!

Hi jmarro,
I can add this to the wish list for consideration. This is not a promise to deliver said feature but it is a commitment to looking into it.
