I am a student at University of Phoenix. All of the books are online and in PDF form. The majority of these files are PDF Protected. I have the username and password, but I am unable to unlock the PDF with PDF Xchange Viewer but can with ADOBE.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Secure PDF
Hello Yancey,
If you could send us a sample file (+ the username and password) - to support@pdf-xchange.com with a link to this forum topic we will test it and advise what could be happening.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Secure PDF
Hello Yancey,
Thank you for this sample. Unfortunately the “Protected PDF” used in this file is a third party security handler – and for now our Viewer is unable to work with such to unlock the contents of this file. Your only option is Adobe’s Reader/Acrobat in this case I am afraid
We are working on a new major version:
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... hp?t=10100
Planned for release this May, which will allow us to support such third party handlers, so once that version is released – we will make sure to start working on supporting such.
Best,
Stefan
