Printing Form Fields and Background

Hi There, I am using the trial version, and plan to buy if I can get beyond this issue.

The problem is that when I print the file with data entered, it only prints the field data. The background (red in the attached document) is left blank. This happens when I print in greyscale, and also if i try to print with Adobe Reader. My question is: is there a way to print the form data with the background information?

thanks for the sample. When I opened this form in Adobe Reader X I see the exact same behaviour. Are you sure this is not intentional?

Sometimes forms are designed to be filled out and returned electronically and not printed. The behaviour of this form is as thought the print option 'Form Fields Data Only' were selected and would be consistent with what is done when printing the form field values only onto pre-printed paper forms.
