Hello,
after doing a quick search using the forum search and finding no post about my request I just create a respective post myself.
I'd like to be able to place the document tab bar on the bottom of the program window, just like I'm able to do so with my Opera browser. Opera allows to place the tab bar to the top, to the bottom or to either side of the window - just like Windows 7 allows you to do with the task bar.
It would be very cool and appreciated if the same would be possible with the PDF-XChange Viewer as well.
Thanks for the great program anyway. Of all the pdf viewers I have tried so far - including Acrobat Reader and all the often named ones - PDF-XChange Viewer is the best - by far.
Thanks for any comment on my request and maybe implementing it in a future release.
Mike

Re: Document tab placement
Hello Mike,
Thanks for the kind words for our Viewer and welcome to our forums. In the current version of the Viewer - the documents tabs are always on top of the main document window, thumbnails/bookmakrs/comments etc panes can be placed on the left, right or top, and the bottom is reserved for the document options bar, Pages Navigation, Pages Layout and Launch toolbars.
We are working on a new major version of our Viewer expected to be released on 31 May this year - which will allow much more control over the interface, so please bear with us while we finish that and we can continue this discussion after v3 is released if needed.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Document tab placement
Hello Stefan,
thanks for the fast reply.
Of course I can and will wait. And now I'm very curious about the next major release.
I'm looking foward to it!
I just wanted to bring this feature on the table and to the porgrammers attention.
Regards,
Mike
