I am using the latest PDFx Viewer Portable to print PDF documents via command line. As PDFs arrive in a folder, I have a program that launches the portable with the PDF to print. User reports that periodically nothing arrives at the printer and they have to resubmit the document. I have logging with indicates that the Portable was launched with the correct command line.
Is there any way to log the activity from the vantage point of PDFx Viewer? If there is an error, is an error log produced?

We are nearing the new release of our Version 5 drivers and until that release at the end of this month we are unable to investigate this issue. We will get to it as soon as possible after that.

It is a network printer. I will need to reach out to end user to get printer model.
