are you concerned about this because of your redistribution file sizes or for your own download bandwidth to install for yourself ?
Please appreciate that we cannot provide installer files to fit every users/dev's needs and you do have the ability to modify an installer yourself and distribute only the files required if that is the issue ...
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

That's the first I was try out. But it is not possible, because I get the following Error, if I try to include the required files in my setup (without MSM):
ISDEV : error -3204: Cannot extract icon with index 102 from file [...]PDFXCviewAx.dll for icon _C2F6327B66324FBB9A505ED7B51E9909
If you can fix this little bug, I can distribute only the files required!!!
The same error I get, if I edit the MSM-File (delete OCR-Language files from the MSM) and save as new MSM.
I'll discuss the issue reported with our Project Manager who creates the MSM and see if we can get some assistance - but how about NOT including the files with the OCR.dll and then using the MSM as is ?

I'm not sure, if I do undertand you correct. But if I edit the MSM-file (remove OCR-Language files) and save it with new file name, exatly tme same error message pops up (and btw - the file size is still the same). Try it with InstallShield and you will see...
Ok - apparently its not so easy to just remove the files from the MSM - they can be removed from the tables - but remain as part of the archive listing itself - probably it would be easier to supplier a specific MSM without these from the outset - we will discuss here further and advise.
