Dialog box in dynamic stamp error

I have a great stamp I made for my work that prompts for a part number to include along with user data and date from the system.

Works in Acrobat but throw a javascript error in PDF-Exchange related to the execDialog function of the app object. Is there a work around if this method is not supported yet. I need to enter this dynamic info into the stamp

error message is

TypeError: app.execDialog is not a function
46: Field:Calculate

It would be great if you can provide us with the stamp file (via e-mail to support@pdf-xchange.com if sensitive) so that we can test it at our end and we should then be able to advise further.
