Transparent object color question

There is an issue I noticed that happens with some of the books / manuals created by Fantasy Flight Games ( FFG ) which is that none of the viewers besides adobe reader can properly render the transparent object backgrounds that they use in their pdfs.

Here is a supplement for an upcoming book that can illustrate the issue. On page 2, in the lower left hand corner there is a paragraph about a new talent and it appears to have a light gray background in xchange viewer when in fact it should be a dark purple-brown color. Any ideas how to fix that or perhaps consider with the upcoming viewer version ?

I see what you mean. It is the same in Google's default plugin also. We can take a look at this and see if we can determine that cause however it is possible we won't do anything with this until after the new version is released.
