Queues for PDF Creater

I am new to the software, is tehre a way to view the queue for PDF Creator. We have a citrix site and it runs many reports at once. It seems the PDF crator cannot keep up and we recieve errors/ Any help to understand the system, would help greatly.

Exact comment form our client"I can kick off multiple sets of reports. However, when it prints to file to the PDF converter it bombs. My guess is the PDF converter does not have a queue and when multiple sets try to export to the converter it errors because more than one set is trying to print at the same time."

Hello Mark,

Is this "PDF Creator" you are referring to one of our printing drivers or the separate product (from a third party company) - PDF Creator? If it's the first one - then you should be able to see the print queue as for any standard hardware printer - and if it's a third party product - then I am afraid that we won't be able to help much.

It is for the PDF Xchange 4.0 Driver 1000 Lic. How do we get support for this product?

You can write your question directly here in the forums, or you can write to us to support@pdf-xchange.com and we will reply as soon as possible. In either case - the print queue should be just as for any other printer - and if you click on the icon that appears on the taskbar while printing - you will see all files currently in the list.
