Renewal of registration key failed on PDF Xchange 2012 (V5)

Dear Support,

after installation of the new PDF Xchange version my existing V4 key failed, so I made an update via LOGIN and procedure.
Keys was sent by Email. All previous versions removed. V5 newly installed and new key inserted. So far fine.

After seeing problems with the Xchange viewer (coming along with Version 4) I made a download of actual
PDF Viewer and gave the fresh PDF X 5 serial key.

After this procedure the PDF Viewer works good, but the PDFX 2012 fails again and shows the old former
key from Version 4. When I access the registration panel under printer, settings I am able to place the
new serial key, but the button to takevoer the changes is not active.

Where do I have to place again the registered and valid serial No for PDF Xchange V5 2012.

Hello Jens,

Please try to uninstall everything once again, reboot, then download and install v5 anew:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/downloads
then once the installation completes - reboot once again and the new license code should be correctly registered in all products.
