Hey people,
Is there any simple possibility to automatically change the existing text-colour-markings (i've marked many texts in a 400 pages pdf-files) from one colour into another?

And welcome to our forums.
It's not currently possible to manipulate more than one object in our Viewer (this includes colour change), but such a feature is coming in v3 of the Viewer expected to be released by the end of the month.
For the time being you can use some JS code to iterate through all annotations in your document and change the colour of e.g. yellow highlights to red.
