Digital Signature render does not show the signer like Adobe

We did several visible digital signatures using ItextSharp not using default acrolayers which is sucessfully validated with Adobe Reader or PDFXChange Reader.
But Adobe Reader render PDF showing the Signer and PDFXChange does not.

We change new signatures so we will not have more of this problem. But the past is the problem.

I attach a PDF file showing this problem for your analysis.

this issue is related to the multiple layers that a signature can not being displayed correctly. This will be addressed in V3 of the Viewer.

Does you have a schedule for V3? We buy PDFXChange ActiveX SDK V2 on March/2012 having the same problem (probably it will be correct too). We will receive free upgrade for V3?

since you bought this year you will have valid maintenance on your purchase so you will get V3 for free when it is ready.
