Several features I have been wanting:
Comment objects:
1. A format paintbrush similar to MS Word or Excel. Click the paintbrush, then click on an object that has the attributes you want (linetype, thickness, color, etc). Those attributes are "pasted" onto the next object you click on. (In MS if you double click on the paintbrush icon, you stay in attribute paste mode until you click the paintbrush again.)
2. The ability to "lasso" objects.
3. The ability to permanently group objects.
Printing:
4. I barely use Adobe anymore, but I noticed a new addition in their print dialog: a checkbox "Use custom paper sizes when needed". That could be nice as it could potentially end your printer asking you for 4.223343434" x 7.3434734834" paper...
Measuring:
5. I use this tool about once a month and it is handy. However it has always been a pain to change the scale since the scale entry boxes tend to disappear. It would be nice if they would stick around whenever the tool is activated.
Inserting pages:
6. Would be nice to be able to insert pages by dragging thumbnails between PDFs.
7. I typically right-click on a page thumbnail when I want to insert page(s). I always find that the insertion point is off by one page. Behavior is different from Adobe.
That's it. Keep up the good work guys, I recommend this program to everyone. (And would love to get my company to buy licenses for everyone, but no luck so far)

Hi n8wheel,
thanks for the input.

thanks for the input.
Noted. What would you do when the attributes are different? I would expect one would apply what one can and drop the rest...1.
Multiple Object Selection will be in V3. You will be able to use CTRL and Shift to modify selection as in other applications and also drag a bounding box around multiple objects. While not exactly a 'lasso' a bounding box is very similar in functionality.2. The ability to "lasso" objects.
Also noted. I'm not sure if this will be part of V3 yet.3. The ability to permanently group objects.
Have you seen this: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... ment-Tools The units are set in the Properties Toolbar and should be 'remembered' between uses.5. I use this tool about once a month and it is handy. However it has always been a pain to change the scale since the scale entry boxes tend to disappear. It would be nice if they would stick around whenever the tool is activated.
You can already do this: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... nge-Viewer In a nutshell, open documents in tabs and drag thumbnails from the Thumbnail pane to a tab and back to the desired place in the pane.6. Would be nice to be able to insert pages by dragging thumbnails between PDFs.
You should find this dialogue remembering the last used settings. In some cases this is not working correctly and this has been addressed for Version 3.7. I typically right-click on a page thumbnail when I want to insert page(s). I always find that the insertion point is off by one page. Behavior is different from Adobe.

Re: Features request
hi Paul
1. Yes, I guess it applies all the attributes that the two objects share (line type & width, color, end arrows, etc) and discards/ignores others. Could also work with fonts.
2. Nice
3. I use this all the time in Word & PowerPoint and it is a nice feature.
5. Here's an example of what I mean: I click the distance tool. The scale entry boxes appear in the properties toolbar. I start to draw my measurement. As I finalize my measurement, the scale entry boxes disappear. My measurement is still selected; why couldn't the scale entry boxes persist? That could allow me to fine-tune my scale if needed.
6. Oh, so that works when you are using tabs. Makes sense. I will give it a try, thanks.
7. Here's an example of what I mean: I open page thumbnails and right-click on a page to open the the 'Insert Pages...' dialog. The dialog knows that I want to insert in the location of the page I clicked on, which is good. However, the default appears to be the page I clicked on plus one: i.e., I click on page 8, it defaults to 'insert before page 9'. That's ok if that's where I want to insert. But if I use the drop down to select 'after', the formulation becomes 'insert after page 9' which is non-intuitive since I clicked on page 8. The alternative formulation: I click on page 8, the default is 'insert after page 8'. Of course it is good if the dialog remembers whether I prefer to insert before/after.
Like I said keep up the good work. You and I have communicated via PM before about some other feature (I think it was 'clone drag'). It is a unique experience to communicate with a software company that actually listens. Pretty cool.
