Measuring tool - suggestions

I just started using x change viewer and I'm very happy with it!
I use it predominately for work purposes to take off quantities off of PDF drawings, I just have two suggestions which I would love implemented.

1. A toolbar for the snap options when measuring so I can easily toggle it on or off
2. The option to measure in ortho mode with a toggle on or off toolbar also

Are these features available and I just haven't done enough searching?

Hello Rui,

The default shortcut key combination for toggling the Snapping in our Viewer is "Ctrl-Shift-;" and you can change that to anything you desire:

As far as I know there are no plans to support such ortho measurements - but you can easily change the scale for measurements - so when measuring edges that are with a different scale - your measurement could match that:

I would love to see an ortho mode added at some point also.

By 'ortho mode' do you mean something like Use Orthogonal Locking (Ortho Mode) in AutoCAD? http://docs.autodesk.com/ACDMAC/2013/EN ... 272644.htm

You can already hold the shift key while using the measurement tools to restrict the measurements to horizontal, vertical and 45 degree diagonal lines.
