Typewriter Font and Size

I am currently using PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5 (build 201.0).

I want to change the font and its size in Typewriter Mode. However, I cannot see the Text Formatting of the Typewriter Tool bar. I am following the feature and instruction in the manual, on page 144.

I cannot clearly identify the version of the manual although its footer has "©2001-2011 TRACKER SOFTWARE PRODUCTS", and its header has "PDF-XChange Viewer v2.5x". (I have attached and extract of it to this post.)

Can you please clarify what is wrong?
