Hi fnaso
Currently using PDF Xchange Viewer Pro 2.60.
The current build of the Viewer (Pro) is 2.5 build 201 so I'm not sure what version you actually have. I'm interested because you cannot add footers/headers using the Viewer. The Print Driver https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product ... e-standard has the ability to add them at document creation time and PDF-Tools https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/pdf-tools can be used to add text based 'water marks' that look like a header/footer. These come bundled with the Viewer in the PDF-XChange Pro bundle https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/pdf-xchange-pro

Can you tell me what is in your Windows Start Menu under All Programs --> PDF-XChange?
Best regards
