Serial Number Blocked

Just updated to v2.5.202 from within Viewer.
On my account page the serial number now shows as 'Blocked'.

When I insert a blank page I get watermarks to buy Viewer but none of the menu items have the "Pro" label as I would expect if I had reverted to the free version.

Is it something that I should or should not have done?

Problem solved.
For anybody with a similar problem or just curious.

A while after buying Xchange Viewer I bought PDF-Tools.
The serial number issued with PDF-Tools replaced the PDF-Viewer serial number. I was entering the wrong "blocked" serial number.

I commend the support team for their prompt reply taking into consideration business hours.
My problem arose over the weekend (Sunday), that's the only reason why I posted here.
