If its not to late can you add a "loading %" bar when a PDF is being downloaded in browers like IE?
This especially would be nice when you click on a link to open very big pdf files in browsers.
Here is a screen shot from another popular PDF Program that has this very feature. As you can see when you click on a pdf link you get a Loading % bar with the green down arrow bouncing on a blank page until the pdf is fully loaded in IE. This is great becasue it lets you know for sure that the pdf is downloading and gettting ready to open. Of course if the pdf opens almost instantly then you would not see the "loading %" bar at all. So basically you would only see the loading % bar when you are downloading an extra big pdf file that takes a little longer to open.
Of course I only want to use PDF-Xchange so I hope you will think about adding something like this too

We are implementing in V3 of the Viewer support for 'FastView' where a PDF can start being rendered while it is still downloading. I suggest we wait until this is released in September and see what that looks like then revisit this question at that time.
