Printing Word Document to PDF

When I print a Word doc to PDF, I still get the "buy NOW" logos in the upper left and right of each page. I purchased the PDF-Exchange Viewer and registered the product, but the logos still appear. How do I stop this from occurring?

thanks for the email and post.

Those water marks are usually an indication that your serial key is not in the right place or has an error, usually typographical. The PDF-XChange Viewer license grants you the rights to use the PDF-XChange Lite Printer, not PDF-XChange Standard which requires an upgraded.

To print Word Documents to PDF using our Viewer license you need to install the Lite Print Driver and enter your Viewer serial key into it, preferably during the installation. The you can print to PDF from Word using File --> Print --> PDF-XChange Lite. Here is the installer for PDF-XChange Lite. https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFX5SA_LE.zip

Do note that using the Office Addin to Convert to PDF directly from a Word Toolbar requires PDF-XChange Standard or PDF-XChange Pro not just the Viewer. The Addin will allow you do make much more advanced PDFs with clickable content based on your document structure. PDF-XChange Lite will have such content stripped from it by the Windows Print Service.

You can always upgrade your license if you want the full Printer by logging into your account here https://www.pdf-xchange.com/login and looking at the 'Upgrade Options' tab.
