Scroll Wheel not active in IE when pdf first opens!

Hello again,

When I open a pdf in the IE browser I always need to click some where on the page before I can use my mouse scroll wheel in the pdf.

Is there any chance this can be changed so when a pdf in IE opens I can use the scroll wheel on my mouse right away with out having to click the page first?

Hi gate1975mlm,

I can check with the development team to see if this is practical or even possible. I suspect it is likely an IE issue. It has significant security control to limit how addins can work and take focus.

after discussing this with the development team they have indicated that they will investigate the practicality of adding this feature. I have created a support request ticket around this : RT#1525: Scroll Wheel not active in IE when pdf first opens!

If practical we will try to get this in the next build.

Just wanted to let you know I saw that PDF-XChange Viewer Version 2.5 Build 205.0 was just released and it fixes this issue .

I can now open a pdf in IE and don't have to click the page before I can scroll the pdf.
