Hi,
Please see the attachment for details.
I'm trying to create a PDF of a page in our company system that has scroll boxes with information.
Basically, the system has several information boxes that require you to scroll down in each box to see all of the text. The PDF that is being generated is not capturing all of the text and is only capturing the info that is displayed on the screen at that time.
I've been trying to use the "print" function because when I use the convert function, it only PDFs the home page instead of the active screen within our web system.
Thanks!

Hi,
Just to be clear - is the issue that the info that is not displayed until you scroll - not being printed ?
I suspect that this may be a limitation of your in-house system - rather than PDF-XChange - essentially the best way to test this will be to advise us of what happens if you print thsi same page to a physical printer - to paper ...
thanks

Re: Trying to PDF a web page with multi-layered scroll boxes
Yes, that is correct. I'm trying to capture all of the information in several scroll boxes in one PDF.
I just printed to paper without the PDF exchange, and I have the same issue.
It may be an in-house issue, but our system administrator said they were able to capture everything with a different software. I thought it may be a setting that would allow me to capture all this, but I may be wrong.
Let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your help!

Hi,
It does appear as though it is an issue with your in-house system - now it may be there are some specific reporting options you can use to achieve this from within the software itself - but I am afraid not knowing your system we cannot help there - I would discuss with your system Admin and seek their advice - essentially PDF-XChange works like a printer and therefore can only capture what a physical printer can (unless we have added some additional 'Application' specific features as we do for major and widely distributed software like MS Office and browsers etc).
Thats about the best I can offer at this time I am afraid - good luck !
