Hi,
I am using PDF-XChange Viewer and I have an issue I was hoping you could help me with.
When I type numbers onto a PDF, PDF-XChange Viewer automatically formats them into a certain form. For example, if I am writing an account number for a bank like 000650000, it will format it to 650,000.
Do you know how I can turn this off? Thanks.

Re: PDF-XChange Viewer Formatting Numbers
Hello benboylan,
Our Viewer will not automatically do this unless there is special code in the form that you are filling that controls this formatting.
If you could attach a sample file here we could check that and confirm.
Best,
Stefan

Re: PDF-XChange Viewer Formatting Numbers
Thanks Ben,
Are the fields you are referring to at the bottom of page 3 in the "Bank References" category?
These fields have special formatting rules on them, and both our Viewer and Adobe's reader respect those rules and space the characters in groups of 3 with comas between the groups.
(e.g. the Checking Account# and Savings Account# fields)
And while this might not be the desired result - this is what the form demands and our Viewer is behaving as it should in this case.
Best,
Stefan
