PXCp_ImageGetFromPage Documentation

Hello all, I'm doing some development with XChange & Viewer and need some help finding documentation. I'm trying to find the documentation for the PXCp_ImageGetFromPage function but cannot find it for love or money. I have the PDF-XChange Pro 4 SDK (Version 1-2.x) as well as the PDF-Tools 3 SDK (Version 1). The only functions I find documentation for are PXCV_* functions. Can someone please help me find the proper documentation for this?

Hi,

if you have the PDF-XChange PRO SDK Version 4 - the documentation is located in a 'Help' sub folder of your installation.

It might be best if you cannot find this if you emailed (dont post here please) your serial(s) and we can advise further - the serials will help us identify the exact version you are using and if necessary the latest download required to install the documntation and examples in full - the function you identify as having doc's for are in fact for our Viewer SDK.

The compiled HTML Help files in that folder is what I have open and am looking at right now. Those do indeed have documentation but not for the function that I'm posting about.

If it's of any help, most (if not all) of the PXCV_* functions reference the pxcview DLL and the PXCp_* functions reference the xcpro35 DLL (both in Tracker32).

I have a bunch of keys.... one for API functions, another for SDK Print drivers, another for PDF-XChange, and another for Image XChange. Which should I email?

Thanks - I am aware of the functions and the DLL references to which they refer.

But the exact version of our product you are using is important as the funtions properties and parameters etc will vary potentially from an earlier version to a later one and to give you the correct infomation - I need your serials to advise you - please email as requested and a response will be forth coming promptly.

I've just sent you extract from the PDF Tools manual with the PXCp_ImageGetFromPage function and additional instructions how you can obtain the whole manual and upgrade your license if needed as you currently have licenses for an older version of our SDK products.
