I purchased Standard after reviewing the Comparison Chart

I understood “Complete control over PDF creation properties” would allow me to merge PDFs. I still get watermarks when I try to do this.
Should I have purchased Pro or Tools? Can you help me get the appropriate product and transfer my funds?
I am operating Windows 7 – 32 Bit

And welcome to our forums!
If you have third party file format documents and "print" them to the same PDF file using our standard drivers - you will be prompted for an action when the file already exists - and you can then select to "Append to" - so this will effectively "merge" your two printouts into a single PDF file.
If you however want to merge already existing PDFs (without reprinting them) - then you will need our PDF Tools or Viewer.
All you need to do is log in with your account on our website, and click the "Upgrade Options" button - which will take you to a page that will allow you to upgrade your Standard license to a full PDF XChange Pro 2012 one, that includes in itself all three of the products mentioned above. The upgrade price is calculated in such a way that you only pay the difference in prices.
