Watermark on Extract Pages

Hi there,

I recently posted regarding my PDFXV Pro which was getting watermarks on everything and was advised to download and install the latest PDFXViewer version. That cured the problem.

However, I have just received a five page bill, the last two of which are blank. Before saving, I decided to 'Extract Pages' so that I only save the relevant pages. The result was the relevant pages, but when I save the file, it comes with watermark. I worked around the issue by printing to a pdf file and that has no watermark.

How do I extract pages and save without the watermark?
